Humblyman.com Review: Scam or Legit? What Customers Are Complaining About

By Leelian

Humblyman.com sells the kind of products that are easy to buy on impulse. A handy kitchen gadget, an electric shaver, comfortable leggings, or something else that looks useful in a short demonstration video. The prices are appealing, the advertisements make the products look effective, and the website promises a 100% money-back guarantee. It’s the sort of shopping experience that makes spending a little money seem harmless.

But after looking into Humblyman, I found complaints that make those promises difficult to trust. Customers describe receiving products that look nothing like the advertisements, waiting months for orders, and struggling to get their money back. The store’s own refund policy also contains restrictions that could leave disappointed buyers with very few options.

What Humblyman.com Sells

Humblyman is an online retailer offering a mixture of clothing, household gadgets, personal-care products, and everyday accessories. Its catalogue includes items such as electric shavers, kitchen tools, leggings, and travel accessories. Rather than specialising in one category, the store appears to focus on products that can be promoted through demonstrations and attractive discounts. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that business model. The trouble starts when the product delivered doesn’t perform like the one advertised. A kitchen gadget might look impressive in a video, but customers need to know whether the actual item is made from the advertised materials and works as demonstrated. That is where several complaints about Humblyman become particularly concerning.

What Customers Say They Actually Received

One Australian customer reported buying a citrus squeezer advertised as stainless steel, only to receive an item made from a different material that didn’t work as shown. In his June 2026 Trustpilot review, he said he wanted either the advertised product or a refund. Another customer who purchased leggings in December 2024 described waiting 45 days for delivery before receiving trousers that differed from the listing in material, packaging, and labelling. A separate buyer complained that the leggings and trimmer she ordered didn’t match their photographs or justify their prices. These aren’t complaints about minor differences in colour or personal taste. The customers describe receiving merchandise that fell short of specific expectations created by the advertisements. For a store that relies on eye-catching product demonstrations, that’s a serious problem.

Getting a Refund May Be Harder Than Placing an Order

The refund complaints are just as troubling as the product complaints. One buyer said he purchased an electric shaver, was charged more than expected, and repeatedly requested his money back. According to his June 2025 review, Humblyman offered him just $4 to keep the item rather than resolving the dispute with a full refund. Other customers describe orders that never arrived. A woman who ordered four travel plugs in October 2025 reported in April 2026 that she was still waiting, while customer service allegedly blamed a shipping partner and refused to refund her. Another buyer said she had waited nearly three months while being told her order was on its way. These accounts come from individual reviewers, but they reveal the practical risk of buying from an unfamiliar seller: paying is easy, while getting a satisfactory resolution can become a lengthy argument.

The 100% Money-Back Guarantee Has Restrictions

Humblyman’s website promotes a 100% money-back guarantee, but its published refund policy tells customers to read the conditions carefully. Returns must generally be requested within 30 days of purchase, and products must be unused and in their original packaging. Several categories, including certain personal-care and intimate products, are excluded. More importantly, the policy says sale items cannot be refunded, only regularly priced merchandise. That’s a significant restriction for a store that attracts shoppers with promotional offers. Customers are also responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charges aren’t refunded. The policy allows partial refunds in certain circumstances. So while the guarantee sounds reassuring in an advertisement, it doesn’t mean every disappointed buyer can simply return an unwanted product and recover the full payment.

You Won’t Know the Return Address Until You Ask

I also checked where customers are supposed to send unwanted products. Humblyman doesn’t publish a return destination in its refund instructions. Instead, buyers must email support@humblyman.com and request the address. The website identifies USEEMALL LTD and a Manchester address in its business information, but specifically says that address isn’t for returns. Its Trustpilot profile lists a different location in Fort Worth, Texas. Neither detail tells a shopper where an unwanted item must actually be shipped. This matters because international return postage can be expensive, particularly for low-cost gadgets and clothing. A customer might spend $25 on a product and discover that returning it costs nearly as much as the purchase. If the seller won’t provide the return destination before payment, it’s impossible to judge whether the refund policy is practical.

Humblyman’s Customer Ratings Tell an Uncomfortable Story

At the time I checked, Humblyman had 17 reviews on Trustpilot and an overall rating of approximately 2.9 out of 5. Around 76% were one-star reviews. Some customers reported receiving satisfactory products and experiencing quick delivery, so the feedback wasn’t entirely negative. But the complaints weren’t limited to one product or one delivery incident. They involved misleading descriptions, missing parcels, long waits, and unsatisfactory refund offers. That combination is more concerning than an occasional complaint about sizing or slow shipping. A store can make mistakes and still be worth buying from if it resolves them properly. What worries me about Humblyman is how many of the negative experiences involve customers saying they couldn’t get the resolution they expected.

Who Runs Humblyman.com?

Humblyman.com was registered in May 2024, and its published business details identify USEEMALL LTD. The website provides support@humblyman.com for customer enquiries, although its listed Manchester address isn’t a return location. I also checked the independent security assessments. An October 2026 MalwareTips scan assigned Humblyman a safety score of 15 out of 100, while Netcraft and alphaMountain.ai recorded adverse classifications. The scan also identified website resources loaded from esashop.top, infrastructure associated with other suspicious storefronts. Those technical connections don’t establish that every shop using the same resources belongs to one operator. However, the warnings are difficult to ignore when customers are already reporting problems with products, delivery, and refunds. The business details and security ratings don’t offer much reassurance against those firsthand complaints.

How Cheap Gadget Stores Make Returns More Trouble Than They’re Worth

Some questionable online shops don’t need to disappear after taking payment. They can send inexpensive merchandise, then make returning it so inconvenient that customers decide to keep it. A buyer who receives a disappointing product may be offered a small partial refund, asked to provide repeated photographs, or told to ship the item overseas at their own expense. When the purchase was relatively cheap, spending more money and time on a return may feel pointless. That’s why a generous-looking guarantee should never be judged by its headline alone. Check whether sale items qualify, whether the return address is published, and who pays postage. Also look for independent photographs of delivered products rather than relying entirely on promotional videos. Similar concerns about disappointing merchandise and difficult refunds appear in my Cheap4me.com review.

What to Do If You’ve Already Ordered

If you’re waiting for an order from Humblyman, keep your receipt, order confirmation, and delivery estimate. Request a working tracking number and check it through the carrier’s official website. If the item arrives but differs from the advertisement, take photographs and save screenshots showing what you were promised. Contact support@humblyman.com in writing and explain the resolution you’re requesting. If the seller offers a small partial refund, you don’t have to accept it simply because returning the product seems inconvenient. Ask for the complete return address and calculate the postage before agreeing to send anything back. If the seller doesn’t deliver or refuses to resolve a legitimate complaint, contact your card issuer or payment provider about disputing the payment. My guide to spotting fake online stores explains other ways to protect yourself when dealing with unfamiliar retailers.

My Verdict

I wouldn’t recommend Humblyman.com. The problem isn’t simply that some customers disliked their purchases. It’s that people describe receiving products different from those advertised, waiting months for deliveries, and being offered inadequate refunds. With restrictive return conditions and no published return destination, even a small purchase could become an expensive nuisance. I’d rather buy from a retailer that makes it easier to get both the product I ordered and my money back if something goes wrong.
