All Day Slimming Tea Review: I Bought It For Weight Loss, But Was It Worth It? Find Out!

I’ve tried enough “slimming” products to know that a nice-looking package and a list of natural ingredients don’t necessarily mean you’ll see results. I bought All Day Slimming Tea because I wanted something simple that I could add to my routine while trying to lose weight. Tea seemed easier than adding another complicated supplement or diet plan, and the product was specifically marketed around slimming and weight loss. I wasn’t expecting it to do all the work for me, but I did expect to see some kind of difference after using it as directed.

Unfortunately, that never happened. The tea was perfectly drinkable, but the weight-loss results I was hoping for simply weren’t there. There were also a few things about the daily routine and packaging that made the experience more frustrating than I expected.

Quick Takeaways

  • I didn’t lose any noticeable weight while using it.
  • The tea itself tastes fine, especially with honey.
  • Drinking three to four cups a day became difficult for me.
  • Some customers reported missing or empty tea packets.
  • I wouldn’t purchase it again for weight loss.

About All Day Slimming Tea

All Day Slimming Tea is sold as a daily tea program with separate morning and evening blends. The product is marketed toward people who want to support weight loss, metabolism, digestion, and what the company describes as a natural slimming routine. Instead of taking a conventional capsule or powder, you’re essentially replacing part of your daily beverage routine with the tea.

That sounded reasonable to me. I already drink tea, so adding another cup or two didn’t initially seem like a big commitment. What I didn’t really think about was how much tea the suggested routine could involve once you actually follow it every day.

My Experience With the Tea

The taste wasn’t the problem. I actually enjoyed it more than I expected, especially when I added a little honey. It reminded me of another herbal tea I already liked, so I never had to force myself to drink it because of the flavor.

The amount I was expected to drink was a different story. I normally have one cup in the morning and maybe another in the evening, so trying to work three or four cups into my day became a chore. Between the tea and all the other fluids I was already drinking, I sometimes felt like my stomach couldn’t handle another cup. Someone who drinks tea throughout the day might not mind this at all, but it wasn’t a routine that felt natural to me.

I kept doing it because the whole reason I bought the product was weight loss. I wasn’t looking for something that simply tasted good. I wanted to see whether the number on the scale would eventually move, even if the change was modest.

It didn’t.

I didn’t notice any meaningful weight loss while using the tea. The frustrating part was that I had actually followed the suggested routine and was still exercising, so I couldn’t point to a lack of effort as the reason I wasn’t seeing anything. By the time I finished the tea, I was left wondering what exactly I had paid for beyond another herbal drink.

There Was Another Problem With the Packaging

The weight-loss results were disappointing enough, but customer complaints about the packaging caught my attention too. Some buyers have reported receiving fewer morning packets than they were supposed to, while others said some of the individual packets arrived empty. One customer reported receiving only 20 morning packets when there were supposed to be 30, and four of those reportedly contained no tea at all.

That would leave only 16 usable packets from a supposed 30-day supply. For a product where you’re already being asked to drink multiple cups a day, missing packets can make the value even worse.

The complaints aren’t what made me dislike the product, though. My biggest issue was still the same one I had when I started: I bought it to help with weight loss, and I didn’t lose weight.

What Other Customers Are Saying

The customer feedback I found was pretty mixed on the taste but much less encouraging when it came to the main purpose of the product. Some people said they enjoyed the tea, particularly with honey, while others said the flavor was perfectly tolerable but nothing special.

The more common disappointment was the lack of weight loss. Several customers said they followed the directions and still saw no change, while others felt the recommended three or four cups a day was simply too much. There were also complaints about the cost becoming higher than expected because following the suggested routine means going through the tea more quickly.

The packaging complaints add another layer to that. Missing packets and empty sachets are especially frustrating when you’re already paying for a product that promises a specific number of servings.

Alternatives

If the actual goal is losing weight, I’d rather put the money toward something that helps build habits with a much clearer connection to weight management. A calorie-tracking app such as Lose It! or MyFitnessPal can at least show you what you’re eating, while something as simple as a regular walking routine gives you a measurable way to increase activity.

If you simply enjoy tea, there are plenty of ordinary green or herbal teas that can be enjoyed without paying a premium for the expectation of weight loss. I would separate the two things in my mind: drink tea because you like tea, and use evidence-based nutrition and activity strategies if losing weight is the goal.

A Pattern I Keep Seeing

This reminded me of some of the other products I’ve reviewed where the thing that makes the product attractive is also what ends up being the biggest disappointment. With Crisan Extreme Organic Hair Oil Treatment, the appeal was the promise of helping with thinning hair. With BEKYND Labs Scalp Scrub, it was the idea that clearing away scalp buildup would finally help with the underlying problem.

All Day Slimming Tea follows a similar pattern. The product gives you a very simple thing to do every day, and the name itself makes the intended result obvious. But after you’ve actually used it, you’re left asking whether the routine delivered anything beyond the routine itself.

Is All Day Slimming Tea Worth It?

For me, no. The tea tastes fine and I had no major problem with the flavor, but taste wasn’t why I bought it. I wanted help with weight loss, and after following the routine, I didn’t see any meaningful change in my weight.

The amount of tea required also made it harder to stick with than I expected, and reports of missing or empty packets don’t exactly make the product feel like a great value. If you’re already a big tea drinker, you might enjoy the routine more than I did, but I wouldn’t buy another box expecting it to make the scale move.

I didn’t experience any noticeable weight loss while using it.
